They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Dr. Ford grew up in South Carolina, attended the University of Charleston then went to medical school at Duke. I think he did his residency at Baptist Hospital. His manner with patients reflects the best of Southern refinement. He is interested in me as a person and has a sense of humor. My successes in a battle with a chronic neurological disease has been beyond my expectations as he combines his kindness with sharp professional knowledge/skills.
