This doctor severed the doctor patient relationship because of a dispute over a $20 co-pay that his office neglected to notify me of. They actually refused to treat me, causing a lag in my diabetes medication because I was not aware I owed the practice $20...yes twenty dollars!!! The moment I was made aware of the $20 debt I arranged payment immediately. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot begin to describe how mismanaged his business affairs appear to be. It is a wonder they are able to keep the doors open.

They had a few different appointment times available but it is quite difficult to get in to see Dr. McClanahan. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. The nurse who takes the phone messages on the nurse's line always returns phone calls, but is a bit curt. Generally speaking, however, this place had a great staff though.
