Dr. Cruella Deville needs to retire! Just had our first and last appointment with this woman. My daughter was scared and the initial nurse was great at showing her what was going to be done in a nurturing way. She mentioned eye drops that would hurt, my daughter was more scared so she said she'd see if we could do them on another visit as I expressed concern about making her first appointment positive or I'd never get her back. Then the doctor came in - no hello, no pleasantries of any kind... first thing she said to us was "we are going to dilate her eyes". We had never met this woman before. She then had me physically restrain my daughter to put the drops in at which point my daughter was done (the doctor gave me a smirk first and put her earplugs in before she did the drops). It was unbelievable. She then grabs my daughters feet and pulls her shoes off. I couldn't believe this woman thought it was in any way acceptable to forcibly touch a child. I never went to the eye doctor as a child so had no idea what to expect and this woman did nothing to tell us what was going on or what to expect either. She just sits there at stares at me as I try and calm my daughter down. At this point I decide we're done and ask my daughter to get her coat, but not before the doctor recommends another doctor to me "closer to my home" as it's obvious she never wants to see us again. If you're child is in any way afraid of going to the doctor or needs a nurturing experience, this is not the place for you. I cried all the way home it was such a horrible and emotionally draining experience. I've never been through anything like that before.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
