They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

I find it very odd that a lot of the people writing positive reviews of this practice all use the same language/phrases in their reviews...
