They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning!
