I went in with an obvious tick bite. They saw me and charged me 4 times for the same thing. With the cost of four different antibiotics it came to over 500$! No sympathy at all for my financial situation ( I have no insurance). Then I went for a refill of anti anxiety meds. They treated me like a drug addict! They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

This is a walk-in clinic/VA center and they treat their veterans very poorly. The staff regularly argues with patients (every time I've been in, only the veterans get talked down to), they do not return phone calls, the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing, they lose paperwork, and they are just hard to deal with. In conclusion, if you can avoid going here, please do. You'll be much happier for doing so. This especially applies to veterans. I know how bad the VA system is, but this is even bad for the VA.
