After two years dealing with her numerous errors and incompetence, I can’t take it any more. This Doctor’s office is so poorly run. I could write a book on the number of times the office made errors handling simple tasks like refill of a prescription: forgetting to call the Pharmacy, calling the wrong pharmacy, forgetting to call for the insurance pre-authorization, wrong dosage amounts called in. You name it! At MY request I had been in the process of gradually reducing medications needed for a condition called CRPS. I ended up stuck with the higher dosage for two months because of the errors mentioned above. Even other patients in the waiting room commented they’ve experienced the same scenarios. Half the time the doctor can’t properly recall notes from the prior visit! Honestly I believe she is experiencing cognitive decline. And are you ready for this? Her own PA said the same thing to me one day adding she “had half a mind to report Cohen to the board for suspected cognitive decline”! That’s a quote. The same PA also said she didn’t think she would stay there much longer and indeed, she was gone by the next visit. Meanwhile the Doctor then blamed all of the errors and issues on the PA who left… a new PA begins and the same issues continues. I was too patient for so long but finally called her out on the ridiculous number of mistakes going on and she decided to punish me because I dared to question why CVS pharmacy will not do business with her practice. What does that tell you? One of the largest pharmacy chains in the country will not do business with her. This Doctor lacks competence and compassion and should be avoided at all cost.
