I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
