I went to CV Ent in September. I was in with Dr. Saylor for 15 minutes. He looked in my throat, my nose, and ears. When he looked in my ears there was wax in both of them. He cleaned them both, which took maybe 3 or 4 minutes. When I got done I went to make my payment (I don't have health insurance) I was charged $680 but if I pay in full I got a 20% discount, that made my payment $544. I did not say anything at that time but called back the next day to ask for an itemized bill, she said she would mail it to me. 2 weeks later I still had nothing, so I went in to see about getting my bill. The lady that check patients in got me the bill and went over it with me. When she got to cleaning the wax out of my ears she said the charge was $380. I was like WHAT? She said insurance approves that amount, I said I don't have insurance, she said well you got a 20% discount, I said I got the discount because I paid in full. She again said well insurance approves that amount. I would never go there again
