I appreciate Dr. Kowalyk very much. After years of trying to get someone to take me seriously and look past their fat bias, he did. He ordered all the appropriate labs, made a diagnosis based on the results, and finally I have an answer to why I have not been able to lose weight and have out of control acne and facial hair.

The office was very helpful and prompt in getting back to me after labwork. They called me, in fact, to make an appointment. I didn't have to call. Dr. K is obviously very busy, and was efficient and to the point during the visit. But he covered everything that needed to be covered, so I have no complaint. He told me what the labs showed, what my options for treatment were, and where I could get more information about the disorder itself.

The office was clean. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Dr. K himself was courteous and pleasant, if a little brusque.

My only problem was that my prescription somehow did not make it into my pharmacy's system. However, when I called the office back this morning they resubmitted the order immediately.
