I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
