They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.They greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The office staff is extremely courteous . Dr Zuckerman always calls me by my name & will bring up something we discussed at my previous visit. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on Dr. Zuckerman and his staff. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Top notch dermatologic care!! :) My family and I have always had great experiences here. Bottom line: Dr. Zuckerman is a wonderful caring doctor who really knows his stuff!
