They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Be prepared to wait a long time, often over an hour to as much as an hour and a half

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
