I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

They are always packed & staff seems rushed, frazzled & overwhelmed in turn are rude. I really appreciate that they make same or next day appts should your child be ill but your wait time is excessive!. The Doctor is very sweet & soft spoken but seems to have lost her passion & drive. Her advice & suggestion & even prescriptions have never cured my son from any of the issues brought to her attention from day one. She even told me to buy medicine that I had later found out been removed from shelves... I really think it's time for a fresh set of DR.s at this office. They all are pretty old & exhausted & seem to be disconnected. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I'm in dire need of a new Pediatric for my 1 year old.
