Dr Schaffer is a good man and a good Doctor. He makes us feel comfortable with everything, takes the time to explain and will answer all questions we have. We travel over an hour to see him. He has taken care of two of my children for ear tubes and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a problem on the weekend and when I called, instead of getting an answering service, I got his cell phone number. He called within 15 minutes of my call and was very very helpful!
