They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.
