Their staff is very friendly and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
