I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They took excellent care of my newborn and were there everyday to re-evaluate him before we went home. They made me comfortable in that my baby was healthy and ready to go home. If they were not so far away I would see them for every need and if my baby ever has to have care for a bad illness I would definitely drive the 2 hours for the excellent care that Dr. Makres gives all of this patients.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
