Massage: Not Just For Luxury Anymore

Most people still believe that a massage is something that you get while on vacation or to pamper yourself for a special occasion.
But not anymore. More and more people are realizing the benefits of massage.
1) It can relax those tight muscles. Tight muscles generally cause pain, discomfort and headaches. Tight muscles also trap metabolic wastes, which are toxins, in our body.
By getting massaged on a regular basis, you can be pain free, remove the toxins and decrease the onset of headaches!
2) Massage can improve your Range Of Motion (ROM). ROM is the total amount of motion, from one end to another, a particular joint can move. Think of your muscles as a rope that ties down your camping tent. If the ties are tight, you have little or no movement. If they are loose, it can move freely. We want our joints to move freely.
3) Massage can help take away pain associated with medical conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica, Fibromyalgia and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. There are too many conditions to be able to list them all here.
4) Massage can help lower Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and possibly decrease the amount of pain medication.
