Eating disorder

by ChrissieMaryAnn
Sometime I skip meals without realizing it, due to work or studies and pressure.

I am constantly loosing wait when I''m down, sad lonely or concern with wight limits and having a flat stomach. My energy level is low at the moment and everything feel like extra effort.

Wonder if anyone feels the same...

If I eat too much i feel sick and become the opposite which is bulimic.

Finding reasons to eat, take up interests and exercise to maintain the need to eat more and healthily.

Building the strength to move on.

DONT GIVE UP THE SHIP.....KNOW THAT WITH THE RIGHT FOODS YOU CAN EAT FEEL SATISFIED AND BE WELL....UNDERSTAND WHEN YOU DONT EAT FOR AWHILE AND THEN EAT YOUR BODY WILL "HANG ON TO IT" BECAUSE ITS TRYING TO SURVIVE...IF YOU EAT SMALL...EAT OFTEN ..YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.......I DEAL WITH THESE THINGS ALL THE TIME

Hey Chrissie,

Stay strong. Eat small meals so that your stomach doesn't hurt.

Health and fitness, goes together, exercise supplies the craving for food,
the more you do the more you need to eat, and so on...

having tonsillitis doesn't help, hard to avoid eating dry or fried food.

Hi Chrissie,

If you go without food too long. It hurts to eat when you do decide to get better. Try eating yogurt with small meals and see if it helps your stomach return to normal.

Chrissie I think it was really important for you to start a daily exercise routine, even something as simple as walking for 30 minutes. this will help to boost your metabolism and ultimately your appetite. try not to ignore hunger or "skip" meals and of course try to maintain a healthy diet. Good luck!
