Create Wellness time

by JoeP
Like you, I lead a busy life. Wish there was 29 hours a day? So do I. What we do with our day is very important. Time is a resource you cannot purchase.
As you adapt an improved lifestyle with wellness, it is essential you, create wellness time.
Here's a few simple steps to consider....

30-60 minutes a day for wellness.
What's working for me right now is 30 minute walk in the morning with, Jack, our dog. Then 30 minutes at night reading and relaxing.
An ounce of prevention = a pound of cure.
Wellness is about being proactive. Choose Wellness!
Roadmap to wellness.
Your success will require you to overcome obstacles in the road. Fear, bullies and finances are major obstacles to hurdle over. Once we eliminate the fear with education we gain strength to walk right past the bullies. Wellness is not expensive. You are priceless. Your children, priceless.

Create your Wellness time!

Once you start it is Automatic. The feeling is phenomenal.
Thank you for reading this.
God Bless you!

I do the walk with the dog in the am, I try to relax in the evening by watching tv or knitting. Still, aside from the walk, I feel very overwhelmed, stressed and lifeless. I know it is partially from lack of time management but I also know it is way more than that.

I was accepting of the time shortage and the fact I couldn't change it for so long until I actually became sick. Find the way to make the time now and get the life back into your day. There is always something we can do and maybe you need someone to look outside the box for you as you are too worn out. in Love & Gratitude for the wonderful bodies that we have been given.

The key to time management, or rather energy management, is to understand the wellness spectrum and the plus 1 concept. The wellness spectrum: imagine that there's a line. At one end is the best possible wellnes lifestyle. Doing everything 100% right. The other end is the worst possible lifestyle. Everyone is somwhere on that line or on that spectrum. No two people make all of the same lifestyle decisions and so no 2 people are in the same place on that spectrum. The only thing you need to worry about is if you're moving in the right direction. In steps the plus 1 concept. Add something simple every day. take 7 minutes to exercise, take 2 minutes to prepare a raw meal, take 15 minutes to educate yourself on wellness. Simply add 1 to your life everyday. That will slowly bring you toward the right side of the wellness spectrum. True Wellness hypothesis says that if you're consistently doing everything right you'd have to be healthy. Healthy isn't the focus though. Healthy isn't a good goal. Improved lifestyle is. So do something more each day. Don't waist time stressing about doing it to perfection just Do Something!!!

we do need more time to ourselves, our families, and friends that we really care about. I like to do vibrational healing that takes and vibrates our whole body to help stimulate our immune system. I found I've been getting alot of colds in the past few months so I am taking a holistic approach and using Reiki and Reiki Drumming to cleanse and clear my energy meridians. I find that I have more energy. This gives me more time for my private practice and my family and self. Exercise is also very important in my daily life also. If promotes more energy and decreases my stress that produces cortisal in my system.
