Exercise

I'm proud of myself. While I may not have hit any major milestones or lost any weight yet, I have been working to get in a 30 minutes high intensity (for me) workout every day for the past 4 days. Baby steps, folks. Today I'm meeting with a personal trainer for the first time to help me make a real workout and help me meet my goals. I'm a little nervous, though. Hopefully he will be good at what he does. If not, I'm finding another one!
I'm starting to make peace with the loss of my grandmother, too, and reminding myself that my ambivilency towards her is perfectly fine. I can still love her while being angry at her for other things. That's probably normal for all of us. But I really want to let go of the anger, and so I'm working on that now.

That's great Allie. It's always inspiring to hear about people who are making positive changes in their lives. It seems like so many people these days just sink into the minutia of daily life.

ALLIE.......ASK YOUR TRAINER IF THEY WILLGIVE YOU A PLAN....THEN CHECK THE PLAN FOR EFFECTIVENESS...ALSO GET SEVERAL TRAINERS INPUT...THEN EVALUATE
