Omega 3 Oils

I am increasingly amazed at the health benefits from Omega oil supplements. Fish oils, borage and flax seed oils have been touted to enhance brain function and regulate cholesterol levels and stabilize blood pressure. Interestingly I have read recently where there may be an added benefit in regards to joint function as well as skin health. Would appreciate any other comments or observations regading Omega Oils.<br/>Thank you!<br/>John Stea
