Cardio Wellness

by JoeP
If you're thinking, "How can I do this each day?" don't worry. You'll be surprised by the variety of activities you have to choose from. To meet the guidelines for aerobic activity, basically anything counts, as long as it's done at a moderate to vigorous-intensity for at least 10 minutes at a time. Get a sweat going!
Given the wellness benefits of regular physical activity, why is it, two out of three Americans are not physically active.
Many technological advances and conveniences that have made our lives easier and less active, many personal variables, including psychological factors, may affect our plans to become more physically active.
It is not too late to start.
Invite friends and family to exercise with you.
Plan social activities involving exercise.
Schedule times in the day or week when you feel energetic.
Convince yourself that if you give it a chance, physical activity will increase your energy level.
I did just that and I am grateful. At the very least I walk 30 minutes a day outside.
My newest FUN activity is to jump rope. I did it when I was a kid. It sure is different now. I'm having fun with it!

Now that you have the time, make regular physical activity a part of every day.
Thank you for reading this.
With God,
JoeP
