Cause for back pain, stress, depression.
An illness that cause back pains, bad food, over work, over strain, over use. Not enough rest. Not enough food or water. Headaches and dizziness, fainting and black outs is the outcome.
Had an accident 2 years ago and this year.
Accident, trips and falls can severely damage the tissues and muscles. Wear and tear as a result.
Bad posture can be also a cause, lack of exercise and not enough proteins or vitamins, water and food is also damaging to health!!!
Tonsillitis, throat infection caused by inflamed tonsils due to dry food or fry food, avoid crisps, biscuits, too much pastries.

Depressed, need to get more motivation in life.
Friends can help, but sometimes I have to learn to do things for myself. Everyone is different and i don't expect every person I meet to always like or agree with the things i enjoy doing.
Try to make the best of everything even when i am not sure about where i am right now. it is so easy to feel lost in this world, and just to move on.
I get scared of changes or trying something new or getting committed to anything. I know from my experience things take time and not everyone go at the same speed.
