Did you know that pain and symptoms are not the only sign of disfunction in the body? In fact many times they are not even the best indicators. This is the reason why your medical doctor draws blood or listens to your heart on simple check ups. It is important to get periodic "check ups" from time to time.
I tell my patients that they should get their spines checked at least one time per month to make sure that their spines and joints do not have any early signs of disfunction. I look for how the body is functioning and not just how my patients are feeling at the time. A subtle lack of motion in the joints in the neck if left untreated can lead to head aches, pain, numbness in the arms and many other symptoms.
