CranioSacral Therapy and Ayurveda

What You Can Expect

CranioSacral Therapy is effective for common or serious health problems. It promotes deep relaxation, enhances the immune system, the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, and revitalizes the entire body and mind.

One of the most advanced forms of bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy was developed by renowned physician, Dr. John Upledger, with whom I had the privilege of studying personally.

I perform CranioSacral Therapy from a deep sense of "trust" that has come to me through many wondeful experiences that I have written about in CranioSacral Calling, my blog on the process of CranioSacral Therapy Certification.

I perform Ayurvedic massage with warm herbalized oils to detoxify, revitalize, and regenerate the body. This type of ancient healing massage (known as Abhyanga) will create a profound change in how you feel. I use skin brushes, herbs and flowers, essential oils, mantra, Marma Therapy, and other techniques to relax and rejuvenate your entire body so that it can regenerate and heal.

Integrated Therapeutic Massage

For my therapeutic massage and bodywork I combine effective Myofascial Release techniques with deep stretching to loosen tight muscles and relieve joints. These integrated massage techniques also detox the lymphatic, circulatory, and nervous systems, and the organs.

My approach is highly clinical, while still being based in a deeply intuitive aweareness of the precise needs hidden within your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and energy systems supporting your the self-healing abilities of your body.
