They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I had an eye problem that several other doctors had tried to correct without success. dr. Dornic had me doing better after the first visit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I really admire Dr. Dornic for being one of the best in his field. When he didn't have an answer for a particularly difficult question I had, he researched it and e-mailed me back with the answer. He isn't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident he always have my best interest at heart. I even showed up early for an appointment and thestaff took me, ready and prepared. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Every time I come here Dr. Dornic always remembers me by name and his staff greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are the best in their field.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The wait was short and I was offered a pager to wait near the outside fountain. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
