The receptionist could have been nicer, she wouldn't call over to the Pediatric doctor's office to see if I left my wallet there. She told me she had a call waiting and a patient in the waiting room andI could check with them when I left. I said, well, if you get a chance after that could you call over there (in the same building). She said, I'm sure it will be fine, just check with them when you leave. I couldn't believe someone could be so terribly, insensitive!!!! I cried in front of the doctor, and explained why, he was a bit dismissive about it so maybe the receptionist muar be his wife? He was very nice with my daughter, though. First impressions start with the receptionist, I'm sorry to say!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this asthma - allergy specialist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this asthma - allergy specialist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
